Easter Eggs and Important Points for Later Episodes
Episode 4: Zeus tells Hades and Poseidon that Demeter raised Persephone in the Mortal Realm, saying, “But basically, Demeter doesn’t like the way I run things...So she opted to do her duties in the Mortal Realm. Apparently I’m ‘morally corrupt.’ Whatever that means.”
Episode 4: When Zeus goes to distract Artemis so Hades can talk to Persephone, Persephone gives Zeus the side-eye (implying that she doesn’t like Zeus for the same reasons her mother doesn’t like him).
Episode 5: Hades knew it was Aphrodite who played the prank, because she stuck a note with a heart on it to Persephone’s thigh when leaving her in the back seat of Hades’ car, as her signature.
Episode 5: Hades calls Persephone “sweetness.” He uses this adorable nickname one other time (in It’s All Fun and Games Until Someone Loses an Eye, Part 2).
Episode 8: Hades is helping Persephone with her long hair, and he asks her what made her lose control. She said, “Recently, I’ve been having trouble with my powers.”
Episode 10: Persephone tells Hades she’s an excellent driver (we later learn she doesn’t have a license).
Episode 10: Hades mentions he doesn’t like Apollo and says, “How you ladies tolerate him is beyond me.” When Persephone says she’s never met him Hades says, “You will. You should mentally prepare yourself to be annoyed.”
