Episode 48: Sissss

Released: 3 February 2019
Hades calls Alecto, one of the Furies that work for the Underworld. Alecto is clearly excited to be given a task and teases Hades by asking if he’s finally going to ask out her younger sister, Megaera. Hades is annoyed with the banter and gets back to business. He wants the Furies to track down the tabloid photographer. Alecto is disappointed as the task is rather simple, wondering if Hades doesn’t think highly of them.
“Look at this face!!! He looks like her dusty ass dad!”
Alecto
We get a flashback to two weeks prior where Hades is watching the Furies fighting over a raw steak from around the corner. He’s both disgusted and intrigued. Hades gives in and allows them to rough up the photographer a little.
He sends them a photo of the tabloid, telling the Furies to bring the individual to the abandoned ice cream factory downtown. His eyes are red and he’s excited about getting his hands on the person, but the snickers from the other end of the line distract him. Alecto is laughing, saying Hades looks like Persephone’s “dusty ass dad” in the photo. Hades is upset and yells at them to let him know when they find him. He tells Cordon Bleu that he doesn’t look old, he’s distinguished.
The Furies sisters, Alecto, Tisiphone, and Megaera are using a Hermes-branded delivery truck to stake out the photographer. Poor Megaera is sulking in the back of the van, embarrassed by her sisters and upset that Hades is in a relationship. Meg has a solid one-sided and awkward crush on Hades and we see a few panels of how she over analyzes innocent interactions. She has a binder full of these events, calling them proof, facts, and documentation.
Alex’s arrival ends the conversation and the girls get to work chasing him down.
The Dread Queen has arrived, and Kronos is not prepared.
