Episode 146: Archers
Editor: Bre Boswell
Released: 28 February 2021
Ampelus (Psyche) is seen walking in an outdoor courtyard, pondering on what Hades told her about how “love gods can be insightful but for themselves.” She seems to be losing hope about Eros figuring out her identity.
She meets with Eros in an area that’s set up for archery practice. She has agreed to help him by learning archery, and Eros comments on how Persephone’s act of wrath has caused a deficit in the mortal population.
He teaches her the meaning of the arrows - sexual love, true love, slow burn, and hate/true-self-revealed.
As they begin, Apollo arrives and begins poking fun at Eros and trying to charm Ampelus. They agree to an archery challenge and just begin when Artemis arrives in dramatic fashion, demanding to speak to Apollo.
