What gave you the idea to make paper dolls?

When I initially starting drawing, I was so overwhelmed with the outfit possibilities I could put my favorite characters in. So I would draw multiple outfits on different layers and basically try each one on to see what I liked best or what I executed best with my current skill set. Then, like any Libra, I still couldn’t decide which I liked and the paper doll idea made sense to show them all off.

Which paper doll is your favorite?

If I had to choose a favorite it would probably be Aphrodite’s because her wardrobe can be so extra. It was fun to just not hold back on the extravagance.

Which reflects your personal style best?

All the dolls have at least 2 or 3 items that I would wear in a heartbeat. Persephone and Daphne’s are probably closest to my style and I drew Daphne based on my body type. I wish I had Daphne’s positivity and confidence, but based on personality I relate more to Persephone and her duality.

What's special about the Lore Olympus fandom?

My favorite thing about lore Olympus is how quick artists are to embrace you into the fandom. A memory I think about a lot is when I posted my first original drawing. I was nervous as heck but everyone was quick to lift me up and cheer me on, it was so encouraging!

How long have you done art?

I’ve always been artistic but I really embraced digital drawing about two years ago.

You’re also a fan editor! What does that mean to you?

I love editing wallpapers because the comic is just SO gorgeous. I feel like I need them to be part of everyday life aka your phone background.

Any goals or aspirations for your creative work?

I’m constantly trying to challenge myself to be more dynamic in every aspect of my drawing. Movement, backgrounds, depth, and intricacy is something I’m always working on. The ultimate goal I think with any artist is to daydream something and say, “Okay I can show what that would look like”

Just for fun: Who did you get on this quiz? And do you agree?

Big John, which checks out because I am indeed a big sister who needs a lot of cuddles
