Episode 132: Handkerchief

Editor: Bre Boswell
Released: 21 November 2020

Persephone explains that “the feeling” took over. While feeling outside her body, she killed one of the mortals with a giant scythe.

After his death, horror and panic took over, and her powers made her grow huge in a way she’d never experienced before.

She tried to help the mortals, but made it worse. She stepped on some and caused a giant tree to sprout that killed others. When she tried to evacuate them, they were so afraid of her they panicked, implying that even more died because of that.

She calls herself a “hypocrite” and “disgraceful.”

“You say disgraceful. I say powerful.”

Hades

She gets giddy and laughs while watching the tape, giving him a little grief. While he apologizes, she also apologizes for committing treason, saying he has every right to be upset with her.

Hades says that he will always be on her side, and because she shared so much of herself, he wants to share something with her.

Hades hands her his handkerchief, and she dries her eyes.

He asks if that’s why she asked him about bringing the souls back (from the Fate’s Tape first encounter).

He shows her Hecate’s letter and the Fate’s tape, apologizing for reading and watching them.
